Why I Started The Outdoor Fitness Coach
For years, I struggled with my weight and mental well-being. I know what it feels like to wake up every day feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, and unsure where to even begin. Exercise always seemed like something other people did — people who already had their lives together. But something changed when I began spending more time outside, moving my body and breathing in fresh air. That’s where I found the spark that would eventually lead me to becoming a personal trainer.
The Outdoor Fitness Coach was born from my own transformation — a blend of sweat, tears, and a newfound belief in myself. I realised that fitness isn’t just about aesthetics or numbers on a scale. It’s about reconnecting with your body, your confidence, and your mental strength. Nature became my gym and my therapy. Now, I want to help others discover that same sense of freedom and empowerment.
